About the Role
A Senior Community Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the Community Associate workforce for a defined
geographic area, in addition to running a centre.
They are responsible for ensuring that Community Associates are hired, trained, developed, performance
managed and appropriately scheduled to cover across the market based upon needs of the business.
Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to build and expand strong in-country relationships with key
Enterprise customers, playing a vital role in driving profitable new revenue for IWG. This strategic position is
ideal for professionals eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.
Success: how we measure it
• Effective hiring, performance managing, training and developing the CA population for their city.
• Effective resource planning of CA population to work flexibly across the city.
• Efficient management of their own centre and acting as the cover and potential successor for the City
Manager
• Ensuring every centre has a minimum of 1 Team Member each day (CM or CA)
• Ensuring staffing is based on the needs of the business
• Ensuring the labor costs are in line with the model of x FTEs per centre - average across the city.
• Developing a Training programme for part-time CA population
• Ensuring the city has the right subject matter experts, managing specialist activities alongside their day
job. These would include recruitment & training, sales, staging / design and centre quality, PR (preapproved content), renewals
• Ensuring that overtime is not incurred or authorised, unless there is no other option.
• Develop, expand, maintain and report on a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
• Generate profitable new revenue to achieve agreed sales targets on designated Enterprise Accounts
• Develop and maintain top-level relationships with designated accounts to establish a clear and
comprehensive understanding of customer needs across the complete spectrum of IWG solutions consultants etc. to create IWG sales opportunities with their clients
• Partner with Operations and Sales colleagues across relevant geographies to ensure consistent
customer experience and to develop clear plans for target customer solution development.
