Job Description
The goal of the Business Analytics Team is to enable data-driven decision-making by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and operational insights. As a Computational Scientist, you will contribute to this mission by creating and refining models that transform data into actionable business strategies. The Computational Scientist will design, develop, and implement mathematical models, simulations, and algorithms to address complex challenges across diverse business processes, including operations, logistics, pricing, and resource optimization. This role emphasizes using advanced computational methods and data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, support decision-making, and drive innovation across the organization.
We are looking for a skilled model builder and problem solver who can develop simulations of real-world business scenarios, analyze complex systems, and enable dynamic, data-driven decisions.
The team has a collaborative, start-up-like feel—small, highly motivated, and multi-disciplinary—where each member works independently while contributing to impactful projects.
