Specialist Sales Trainer

Please note this role can be based anywhere in Eastern Europe or South Africa. 

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Specialist Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development team to elevate the impact of key sales functions across the IWG portfolio. This role is all about accelerating success; helping new hires close their first deals faster and enabling our sales teams to secure high-value contracts with the support from world-class learning experiences.

You will deliver and design training that’s practical, inspiring, and aligned with our commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Specialist Sales Managers to reduce time to first deal.
  • Create tailored learning experiences for Specialist Sales Managers that support large-scale, revenue-generating contracts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify skill gaps and build targeted development plans.
  • Continuously improve training content based on performance data and learner feedback.
  • Champion a culture of learning and growth across the sales organisation.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in sales training, ideally within a fast-paced, commercial environment.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise client engagement.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, in both virtual and in person delivery
  • Ability to translate business goals into engaging learning experiences.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset.
