The Product Performance Senior Manager leads the Digital Product Performance Management team. The Product Management team is responsible for the in-depth analysis of the performance of products, services, channels, and processes, and then stimulating actions to improve performance – in operations, sales, marketing, pricing, and other front-line functions. As such, Product Management is vital to driving increases in revenue from IWG’s range of products, services, channels, and processes.
You will be highly visible and will play an important leadership role within IWG’s product management team - digital. As such, you will have the opportunity and responsibility to help monitor and shape the performance of the business, taking on critical challenges and contributing to the overall strategy and success of the business.
You will be supported by a team of Product Performance Leads, who will assist you in performance analysis and in mandating action from other functions. You will be responsible for leading their work and output from the front.
