Reporting Senior Analyst – Network Growth Delivery

Job Purpose

The “Reporting Senior Analyst – Network Growth Delivery” will be pivotal in ensuring the monitoring of centre delivery from deal signing through to the lifetime performance of the IWG partner centres.

This will include enhancement of project management tools, regular performance reporting for internal teams, company executives and partner facing business reviews. The role will also have responsibility for gathering and maintaining partner cost data to enable profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting:

• Manage and independently create monthly reporting cycle for internal and external stakeholders utilising project data
• Develop and update performance reports for defined reporting periods (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc)

Analysis:

• Define, monitor and escalate KPIs across the project delivery cycle
• Gather, maintain, and update cost data for partners to enable a view of profitability 

Ad-Hoc:

• Carry out ad-hoc reporting needs as requested for the wider network growth team

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Property Pipeline Reporting and Data Analysis; competent use of excel to enable data visualization for reporting needs
• Use of Powerpoint to create Executive Reporting and dashboards for the wider busines
• Stakeholder engagement skills to verify and challenge project delivery data
