Transformation Programme Manager

Job Purpose

Delivery of major business transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 major change programmes with multi million revenue impact for IWG; ensuring change happens on time and in full
• Accountable for the magic 3 in projects: Time, cost and scope
• Manage the stakeholders expectation and fulfil the business needs
• Creating plans, including targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources
• Communicating updates on progress in a timely and easily understood format
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Identifying and managing potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress
• Serving as a point of contact to ensure different team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with stakeholders and executives to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Performing quality control throughout development to maintain the standards expected
• Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time

 Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree
• 2-5 years of experience in project management or business delivery environment (B2B, B2C or consultancy)
• Well-structured and organized – projects can impact > 130 countries; attention to detail is critical
• Great stakeholder management and communication skills to liaise with any level
• Open minded and honest communication style – a team player Self-driven and proactive. Willingness to go the extra mile
• Pragmatic approach - hands on and roll up the sleeve mentality when required
• Aim for the best so that customers have a great day at work
• Highly experienced with MS Office products (incl. MS Project, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
• Technology savvy and a good understanding of IT releases (waterfall and agile)
