Purpose:
This role is a key member of the North America Leadership Team and reports directly to the EVP, Operations for the Americas. The Vice President of Construction Delivery, North America, is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the outsourced vendors responsible for the implementation of our design, construction, and operational excellence of company and partner facilities, ensuring they meet the balance of standards of quality, brand consistency, budget projections, and sustainability. As a key member of the leadership team, the VP will drive early project development, manage risks, and ensure alignment with corporate goals, including health, safety, and legal compliance.
This role demands expertise in design, contracting, and construction processes, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to exacting standards. The VP will provide strong leadership in project management, develop innovative workplace solutions, and implement a comprehensive construction supply chain strategy. Through collaboration with internal teams and external partners, the VP will enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement, and create a competitive advantage in workplace design and construction.
This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience managing diverse projects and teams while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
