What we do in procurement is to make sure that we make the best supplier choices, and pay a reasonable price for the goods and services we buy… but, it’s not only the selection of our suppliers…. We’re also involved in making sure that we get the service and quality we expect, that suppliers and landlords are meeting their contractual obligations and that they bill us correctly. We also think about what risks might happen to our supply base and how we can make sure that we can survive unexpected events.
Think of us as the gateway to the outside world…. We make decisions about where and how we spend our valuable resources and how we can deliver ever greater value to the “Bottom Line” but at the same time, looking out for risks that might get in the way of our success.

Account Helpdesk
The IWG Account Helpdesk is responsible for ensuring our Customers have help on hand to resolve any Account, Billing or Payment queries. Through telephone, email and online portal queries, the Account Helpdesk supports our Customers with on-the-spot resolution. Handling queries ranging from invoice copy requests, to account reconciliations the Account Helpdesk’s role is crucial in keeping our Customers supported throughout their journey with IWG. The Account Helpdesk supports all of the IWG brands globally which means we need people who can think on their feet to provide first time resolution to our Customers, answer multiple queries daily and uphold exemplary Customer satisfaction.
The Account Helpdesk team are a dynamic group of employees, always on hand to assist both Customers and Colleagues with any challenges that they may face. Being a part of an international team means you get to work with people from all over the world, both within the Account Helpdesk and across our global network of business centres.
